Please take a moment to read through my policies. I truly value your time & trust in me for these services, therefore these policies are set to create the best experience for each client!
New Clients
Lash extensions clients
Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face/no makeup.
If you have a previous set of lash extensions, be sure to book for a lash removal with your full set.
Wear comfortable clothes. Full sets take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours and lash fills are 1 to 2 hours depending on service booked.
Avoid drinking caffeine prior to appointment to avoid fluttery eyes.
Tooth gem clients
Please brush and floss teeth before appointment.
There is a no food for 1 hour after rule. Please plan accordingly.
If you wear a wire retainer, please bring that in with you so we can get the best tooth gem placement around retainer.
Booking Policies
A deposit is required to secure your appointment date & time. This deposit goes toward the appointment total and is non-refundable.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period, please reach out via text or call if you are running behind. Tardiness may result in a cancelation of your appointment. 15 minutes past appointment time with no communication will be considered a no-show appointment. No-show appointments will be charged in full.
Guarantee: All services are non-refundable. I guarantee lash extensions for 72 hours (3 days) from appointment, if you experience any issues with retention please reach out to me. Tooth gems are guaranteed for 1 month from application when correct aftercare is followed.
Studio Policies
Please let me know when you’ve arrived to your appointment via text or phone call so I can let you into the building!
Please no additional guests (including children & pets) as there is limited space. Thank you for understanding!
All major credit cards accepted (Visa, MC, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc) Payment is due in full at the end of each service.
Cancelation Policy
Please let me know if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment or services booked no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled outside of the 48 hour period through your booking confirmation link.
Reschedules on appointments outside of the 48 hour period are allowed twice per appointment. Afterwards a new appointment must be scheduled with a new deposit.
Services canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours from the appointment time will be charged the full amount of services booked.
If there is a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
Sick Policy
I am very understanding if you come down with an illness. A beauty service appointment is never more important than your own health. I would also like to avoid any illness at all cost so I can be able to provide services and a safe space to you, and the rest of my clients. So if you get sick, please reach out as soon as possible so you can reschedule your appointment to a later date when you are feeling better.
Please wear a mask to the studio if you were previously sick. (within the last 2 weeks)
If you show up to your appointment sick, I will ask you to reschedule and the cancelation fee will be charged.
